With Deepest Sympathy

We were deeply saddened to learn of the death of former member of staff, Mrs Virginia (Ginny) Aitken. Mrs Aitken joined LGS as an outstanding Head of English in 1991 until 1999, and fostered a love of English language and literature in all those who had the privilege of knowing her. She instilled a passion for drama in many pupils, and created a wealth of memories for those involved in her school productions. Our deepest sympathies go to her children and the wider family circle at this time.
